GENERAL INFORMATION

DELIVERY: Merchandise in stock will usually be processed within three days. Some items may take longer due to manufacturing time. Custom lamps may take 2 to 3 weeks for shipping.

SHIPPING: Orders will typically be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), U.S. Parcel Post or Common Freight Carrier. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box. A full street address is required for delivery.

  Shipping & Handling Charges:
    Order Costs to $50, add $9   Order Costs to $130, add $18
  Order Costs to $80, add $12   Order Costs to $160, add $20
  Order Costs to $100, add $15   Order Costs to $190, add $23
  Over $190, add 11% of order cost

OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL U.S.: Shipping and handling charges to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be determined by size and weight of order. We will advise you of these costs for your approval before order is processed. Please note: Checks are processed upon receipt and cleared prior to shipment of your order. A fee of $35 will be charged for returned or canceled checks. Credit card charges are processed only when your order is shipped.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

Our first priority is to meet your decorating needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase return it, as described below, within two weeks for product exchange or refund. Custom orders are not returnable for refund or exchange.

RETURNS: If you are not pleased with any item (except custom orders), re-wrap merchandise securely in original packaging with your comments noted on the back of your packing slip. Call for a "Return Authorization Number". Item must be in sellable condition.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES: All shipments are fully insured against damage while in transit. If outside carton appears noticeably damaged, alert carrier at once. If merchandise is damaged or items are missing, contact Heath Sedgwick immediately for instructions. Carrier (UPS, U.S. Postal Service or trucking company) will be notified for inspection and pickup. You must retain all shipping material (carton, packaging, etc.) for inspection by carrier. DO NOT return product directly to Heath Sedgwick without "Return Authorization Number" (see below) as this will result in delayed replacement or reimbursement.

Please note: Any package not having our RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER printed prominently near address label will be refused by our receiving department and carrier will return it to you at your expense. Return item prepaid and insured for full cost by UPS within 14 days to:

REFUNDS. After merchandise is returned in sellable condition you will be issued a refund. You will be reimbursed for item in manner by which it was purchased, credit card or check. Shipping charges are not refundable.
